Core Mining Corp.

(Davao Oriental)

Core Mining Corp. (Davao Oriental) offers a highly prospective investment opportunity in a copper, gold, and iron exploration project located in the Municipality of Lupon, Province of Davao Oriental, Philippines. The project covers approximately 1,697.16 hectares across Barangays Calapagan and Marayag, providing substantial scale and long-term exploration potential.

The project is supported by Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA) No. 289-2009-XI, which was entered into between Core Mining Corp. and the Philippine Government on August 18, 2009, establishing a strong regulatory framework for long-term exploration, development, and future production activities.

Currently in its 3rd Exploration Term, the project continues to advance mineral exploration programs focused on identifying and delineating viable copper, gold, iron, and other base metal resources. Extensive geological mapping, trenching, drilling, petrographic studies, and geophysical surveys have already been completed, strengthening the project’s technical foundation and confirming the presence of a robust magmatic-hydrothermal mineral system.

The project demonstrates strong geological potential through identified skarn, vein-type, and possible porphyry-style mineralization systems, with significant iron and copper mineralization including magnetite, chalcopyrite, bornite, and associated gold-bearing structures. Initial resource estimates for the Tikala and Tuna-an iron skarn deposits further support the project’s development potential and future expansion opportunities.

Strategically located, the project benefits from access to key infrastructure, including proximity to Mati City Airport, major road networks, and Mati City Port, supporting efficient logistics and future operational development.

Core Mining Corp. also remains committed to responsible and sustainable mining practices through continued engagement with local communities and Indigenous Peoples, including the Mandaya Tribe, while ensuring compliance with Philippine mining regulations and social development requirements.

As exploration activities progress, the company aims to complete all remaining technical studies and submit its Declaration of Mining Project Feasibility (DMPF), paving the way toward mine development and eventual commercial production.
