STURDYBUILT CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORP.
Sturdybuilt Construction and Development Corporation (SCDC) offers a promising investment opportunity in an iron and aggregates exploration project located in the Municipality of Doña Remedios Trinidad, Province of Bulacan, Philippines. The project covers approximately 3,563.43 hectares across Barangays Camachin, Camachile, Sapang Bulak, Bayabas, and Sampaloc, providing substantial scale and strong long-term exploration and development potential.
The project is covered by Exploration Permit No. EP-005-2010-III, originally issued by the Philippine Government on November 5, 2010. Successive renewals have been secured, with the 3rd renewal currently under evaluation by the Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB) Central Office, ensuring continued regulatory authorization for mineral exploration activities.
Currently in the advanced exploration stage, the project continues to progress through extensive technical studies and exploration programs aimed at further defining viable iron and aggregate resources. Historical exploration activities have included UAV-based LiDAR and magnetic surveys, geological grid mapping, petrographic analysis, and geophysical interpretation, all of which have significantly strengthened the project’s technical database.
The project demonstrates strong geological potential for magnetite skarn and porphyry-skarn mineralization systems. Magnetic survey results have identified structurally controlled skarn mineralization in the northern portion of the property, while the southern sector exhibits broader magnetic anomalies indicative of a magnetite-rich porphyry-skarn system with significant exploration upside.
An initial core drilling program is currently underway, consisting of ten planned drillholes designed to test iron-rich zones and confirm mineralization at depth. Additional exploration activities are also being programmed to further evaluate aggregate resources in the northern area and porphyry copper potential in the southern portion of the permit area.
Strategically located within the Sierra Madre Mountain Range, the project benefits from access to major infrastructure, including proximity to Ninoy Aquino International Airport, national highways, and the Port of Malabon, supporting future logistics and operational development.
SCDC remains committed to responsible and sustainable mining practices through continued engagement with local communities and Indigenous Peoples, including the Dumagat Tribe, while ensuring compliance with Philippine mining, environmental, and social regulations.
Upon completion of exploration activities, the company intends to submit its Declaration of Mining Project Feasibility (DMPF), paving the way toward mine development and eventual commercial production.
