KIAMBA MINING CORP.

Kiamba Mining Corporation offers a highly prospective investment opportunity in a copper, gold, and iron exploration project located in the Municipality of Kiamba, Province of Sarangani, Philippines. The project covers approximately 8,332.51 hectares across multiple barangays, providing substantial scale and strong long-term exploration and development potential.

The project is covered by Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA) No. 350-2010-XII, executed between Kiamba Mining Corporation and the Philippine Government on June 29, 2010. All required regulatory compliances have been maintained, ensuring continued authority for mineral exploration, development, and future production activities.

Currently under the 2nd term of its Exploration Period, the project continues to advance mineral exploration activities aimed at further defining viable copper, gold, iron, and associated mineral resources. Historical exploration programs have included geological mapping, trenching, sampling, shallow drilling, and geophysical surveys, all of which have strengthened the project’s technical database and identified multiple priority mineral prospects.

The project hosts a well-developed iron–copper skarn system with associated gold and silver mineralization, supported by favorable magmatic-hydrothermal geological conditions. Key identified prospects include the Kapate Iron Skarn, Talusob Copper–Gold, and Labo Copper–Gold areas, all of which demonstrate strong exploration upside and resource development potential.

Exploration results to date include scout drilling programs intersecting massive magnetite mineralization, as well as geochemical sampling returning encouraging copper and gold values. The project also exhibits geological characteristics consistent with porphyry copper–gold systems, further enhancing its long-term investment attractiveness.

Strategically located, the project benefits from access to major infrastructure, including proximity to General Santos City Airport, national highways, and Kiamba Port, supporting efficient logistics and future operational development.

Kiamba Mining Corporation remains committed to responsible and sustainable mining practices through continued engagement with host communities and Indigenous Peoples, including the T’Boli Tribe, while ensuring compliance with Philippine mining and environmental regulations.

As exploration activities progress, the company intends to complete all remaining technical studies and submit its Declaration of Mining Project Feasibility (DMPF), paving the way toward mine development and eventual commercial production.
